An implantable ophthalmic device comprising: an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) high voltage, configured to activate the electro-active element of the first voltage iASIC low voltage operatively connected to the high voltage and the ASIC configured to (i) ASIC adjusting high voltage and (ii) operate at the second voltage which is lower than the first napryazhenie.2.
