A medical heating device includes a cartridge upper plate formed so as tohave an inflow port and to have a fluid-guide member for guiding the flow of afluid acartridge lower plate formed so as to have an outflow port so as to haveanotherfluid-guide member positioned spaced apart from said fluid-guide member aheaterdisposed between the cartridge upper plate and the lower plate that heats thefluidbeing guided by means of the fluid-guide members air filters positionedoutside thefluid-guide members and adapted to discharge air bubbles that are generated intheheated fluid into the atmosphere and means on the cartridge upper and lowerplatefluid flow pathways that keep the flow of fluid normal in the positive-pressure stateand block the fluid movement pathway if a negative pressure occurs inside thecartridge.
