The present invention relates to a block copolymer containing a diselenide-crosslinking bond for diagnosing and treating reactive oxygen species-related diseases and a production method of the block copolymer. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to apply the produced block copolymer as a drug carrier selectively enabling drug delivery by producing a block copolymer which is capable of forming a diselenide-crosslinking bond having excellent biostability. The block copolymer of the present invention is a block copolymer comprising (A) a second block, (B) a first block which is coupled to one end of the second block, and (C) a third block which is coupled to the other end of the second block, wherein the first block is a polymer block which is biocompatible and hydrophilic, the second block as a polypeptide block which is biocompatible and hydrophilic includes a side chain of which a terminal is a selenol (SeH) or chlorine (Cl), and the third block as a polypeptide block which is biocompatible and hydrophobic includes a side chain including a hydrophobic functional group. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the block copolymer which can form a diselenide-crosslinking bond having excellent biostability, and a production method of the block copolymer are provided. The block copolymer can be applied as the drug carrier since the block copolymer is effective in selectively releasing a diagnosis/treatment agent according to the collapse of the crosslinking bond by converting a hydrophobic diselenide-crosslinking bond which has excellent biostability and responds to active oxygen existing at a high concentration in a cancer tissue into a hydrophilic selenic acid.본 발명은 활성 산소종 관련 질환의 진단/치료용 디셀레나이드 가교결합을 함유한 블록 공중합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 생체 안정성이 우수한 디셀레나이드 가교 결합을 이룰 수 있는 블록 공중합체를 제조하여, 이를 선택적으로 약물전달이 가능한 약물 전달체로서 응용하고자 하는 것이다.본 발명의 여러 구현예에 따르면, 생체 안정성이 우수한 디셀레나이드 가교 결합을 이룰 수 있는 블록 공중합체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.상기 블록 공중합체는 생체안정성
