The invention relates to a method for producing plants of the Cistaceae family mycorrhized with various species of desert truffles. The method uses the cultivation of seeds/explants in photoautotrophic conditions. The vegetable matter is progressively adapted to a relative humidity that decreases until it reaches ambient values. The inoculation of the mycorrhizal fungus is based on spores and/or mycelium. The inoculum is prepared at ambient temperature or at a cold temperature in order to encourage adherence of the propagules to the inert porous matrix after the homogenization thereof. The inoculum is applied during the phase of transplantation to a pot. The acclimatization phase lasts from 7 to 12 days. Survival rates of 95% are obtained. Between 30 and 40 days after acclimatization, the percentage of mycorrhization is between 70 and 80 %.Método de producción de plantas de la familia Cistaceae micorrizadas con las diferentes especies de trufa de desierto. El método se sirve del cultivo de semillas/explantos en condiciones fotoautotróficas. El material vegetal se somete a una adaptación progresiva a una humedad relativa decreciente hasta valores ambientales. La inoculación del hongo micorrícico es a base de esporas y/o micelio. El inoculo se elabora a temperatura ambiente o en frío para favorecer la adhesión de los propágulos a la matriz porosa inerte tras su homogenización. La aplicación del inoculo se lleva a cabo durante la fase de trasplante a maceta. La fase de aclimatación es de 7 a 12 días. Se obtienen valores de supervivencia del 95 %.
