SOLUTION: The bedroom lighting system is characterized by that it is composed by having a lighting group 3 for awakening preparation provided in each head board 2 of a plurality of beds 1 arranged side by side, a night table 5 provided between adjacent beds 1 and shielding light from the lighting group 3 for awakening preparation provided in the head board 2 of another bed 1, a lighting group 6 for awakening provided on both side faces of the night table 5 to promote complete awareness and to reset biorhythm at awakening, and a control part 4 controlling the lighting group 3 for awakening preparation and the lighting group 6 for awakening.
