<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic acid fermentation product of a fish meat or a protein derived from a fish meat and having high ACE inhibition activity and bile acid binding capability, a method for producing the fermentation product, and a food and a health food containing the lactic acid fermentation product. <;P>;SOLUTION: A lactic acid fermentation product having ACE inhibition activity and bile acid binding capability can be produced by the lactic acid fermentation of a fish meat or a protein derived from a fish meat with at least one kind of lactic bacterium selected from the bacterium belonging to either one of the genera Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Leuconostoc, Lactococcus, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
