The present disclosure provides a recombinant interferon (IFN)-sensitive oncolytic rhabdovirus that includes a polynucleotide sequence encoding a soluble protein that binds to IFN-α, IFN-β, or both. The soluble protein is referred to herein as an "interferon binding protein".
