PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modules, systems and methods for cooling components of an inspection or testing apparatus, such as a borescope.SOLUTION: A module 20 includes two heat sinks, with a topmost heat sink 70 having a fan assembly 80 approximately centrally disposed therein. The fan assembly 80 can be operated to draw air into the topmost heat sink 70, and then exhaust an airflow from the topmost heat sink 70 so that the exhaust air passes across at least a portion of the second heat sink to help cool both the first and second heat sinks, and components of apparatus associated therewith.
