PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer which can wash an object while reducing running cost and rinse accurately.SOLUTION: A washer 1 sequentially performs: a washing process, where water by water supply means 5 is mixed with a detergent by chemical supply means 7 to produce a washing liquid, which washing liquid is circulated with circulation means 8 to wash a washing object and then drained with drain means 6 and a rinse process, where water by the water supply means 5 is used as rinse water to rinse the washing object by circulating this rinse water with the circulation means 8, and then to drain the rinse water with the drain means 6. A water storage amount of a liquid storage part 4 in the rinse process is larger than the storage amount of a liquid storage part 4 in the washing process. For example, water storage in the washing process is performed up to a first set water level H1, and water storage in the rinse process is performed up to a second set water level H2 higher than the first set water level H1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ランニングコストの低減を図りつつ洗浄でき、しかも濯ぎは確実に行うことができる洗浄器を提供する。【解決手段】洗浄工程と濯ぎ工程とを順次に実行する洗浄器1である。洗浄工程では、給水手段5による水に薬液供給手段7による洗剤を混入して洗浄液として、この洗浄液を循環手段8により循環させて被洗浄物を洗浄後、排水手段6により洗浄液を排水する。濯ぎ工程では、給水手段5による水を濯ぎ水として、この濯ぎ水を循環手段8により循環させて被洗浄物を濯ぎ後、排水手段6により濯ぎ水を排水する。濯ぎ工程における液貯留部4の貯水量が、洗浄工程における液貯留部4の貯水量よりも多い。たとえば、洗浄工程における貯水は、第一設定水位H1まで行い、濯ぎ工程における貯水は、前記第一設定水位H1よりも高い第二設定水位H2まで行う。【選択図】図1
