PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type cosmetic for irregularity correction which is excellent in both concealability and transparency.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type cosmetic for irregularity correction includes: (a) 1.0-3.0 mass% of spherical titanium oxides with an average particle diameter of 200-400 nm (b) 0.2-1.0 mass% of dimethicone cross polymers (c) 0.5-2.0 mass% of silica with an average particle diameter of 10-50 nm (d) 25-70 mass % of an oil content and (e) water.
