A power supply unit for an aerosol inhaler includes: a power supply able todischargepower to a load for generating an aerosol from an aerosol generation source； afirst circuit boardincluding a resistor； and a second circuit board disposed apart from the firstcircuit board, andelectrically connected to the first circuit board. The second circuit boardincludes at least oneof: a control device configured to be able to control at least one ofdischarging and charging ofthe power supply； and a charging device configured to convert power which isinput, intocharging power for the power supply.
