To easily and efficiently evaluate the effectiveness of a sample against mild cognitive impairment and then. to promote the design and development of a product containing a green tea component as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: At least one of an attention shift test, an expression recognition test and a 4 part continuation treatment test in a cognitrax inspection is adopted as a predetermined evaluation test. A subject having 20 to 30 points from a mini-mental state inspection is subjected to the predetermined evaluation test, and a sample containing a green tea component is taken into the subject for at least 4 weeks. The predetermined evaluation test is again performed on the subject after taking the sample, and by comparing a result of the predetermined evaluation test before and after ingestion of the sample, an effect of improving mild cognitive impairment due to a green tea component is evaluated.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】軽度認知障害に対するサンプルの有効性を簡便且つ効率的に評価し、緑茶成分を有効成分とする製品の設計、開発を促進する。【解決手段】コグニトラックス検査における注意シフトテスト、表情認知テスト及び４パート持続処理テストのうちの少なくとも１つのテストを所定の評価検査として採用し、ミニメンタルステート検査によるスコアが２０点～３０点である被験者に対して、所定の評価検査を行い、少なくとも４週間、被験者に緑茶成分を含むサンプルを摂取させる。サンプルを摂取した後の被験者に対して所定の評価検査を再度行って、サンプルの摂取前後における所定の評価検査の結果の対比によって、緑茶成分による軽度認知障害の改善効果を評価する。【選択図】なし
