PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical tool operating device that can preferably operate a surgical tool in a head mirror-viewing surgical operation.SOLUTION: A surgical tool 54 is held by a surgical tool holding part 12. A grip part 14 of a surgical tool operating device 10 is gripped by an operator. A posture of the surgical tool holding part 12 is changed based on operating force applied to the grip part 14 by a parallel link mechanism part 20 and a sider part 22. The posture of the surgical tool holding part 12 is changed, and also the surgical tool holding part 12 is made to move in parallel along the insertion direction of the surgical tool 54 by the slider part 22. The posture of the surgical tool holding part 12 is changed so that the surgical tool 54 may pass through a preset steady point regardless of the posture of the parallel link mechanism part 20, and also the grip part 14 is provided between a rear edge of the surgical tool holding part 12 and the steady point, and therefore a sense of incongruity when the operator operates the surgical tool is reduced and the force applied to the surgical tool 54 is mechanically transmitted from the surgical tool 54 to the grip part 14 to thereby enable the operator recognize it through the grip part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】頭部鏡視下手術において術具を好適に操作することができる術具操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】術具54は術具保持部12に保持され、術具操作装置10の把持部14が操作者に把持され、平行リンク機構部20およびスライダ部22によって把持部14に加えられた操作力に基づいて術具保持部12の姿勢が変化させられる。術具保持部12の姿勢が変化させられ、スライダ部22により術具保持部12が術具54の挿入方向に沿って平行移動させられる。平行リンク機構部20の姿勢にかかわらず、予め設定された不動点を術具54が通過するように術具保持部12の姿勢が変化させられるとともに、把持部14は術具保持部12の後端縁と不動点との間に設けられるので術者が術具の操作をする際の違和感が低減されるとともに、術具54に加わる力が術具54から把持部14へ機構的に伝達されるので、把持部14を介して術者が認識できる。【選択図】図1
