PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and less invasive physiologically active substance collecting device capable of constantly collecting the physiologically active substance from a living organism.SOLUTION: A physiologically active substance collecting device comprises: a collecting section 1 which contacts a body surface S of a living organism to collect the physiologically active substance from the body surface S of the living organism and solvent sending means to send solvent to the collecting section 1. The collecting section 1 has an opening 124 to allow the solvent sent from the solvent sending means and distributed in a channel 121 to contact with the body surface S.
