PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect capturing paper capable of capturing cockroach reliably, easy for being processed, and capable of reducing a processing cost.SOLUTION: A substrate 2 is formed with a recess 3 having an inversely conical shape, an inversely frusto-conical shape or an inversely multi-frusto-conical recess 3, and the recess 3 is charged with a tackiness agent 4. By the property that the adhesive force is increased as the tackiness agent becomes thick, insect capturing paper 1 is weak in the adhesive force of the peripheral part but strong in the adhesive force of a center side.
