FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for elimination of intraocular lens dislocation. Conjunctival and scleral flap are formed to 1/3 of sclera thickness. Scleral paracentesis in deep layers of sclera and on the opposite side cornea paracentesis are performed. Through scleral paracentesis duplication of thread with needle on one end is introduced by means of collet tweezers and brought under haptic element of dislocated IOL. Through cornea paracentesis microhook is introduced before anterior surface of IOL, duplication of thread is caught with microhook, collet tweezers are freed from thread and brought back, after which thread is caught with it and duplication of thread is pulled out of eye cavity. Needle with thread is introduced through duplication loop and tightened, loop is lowered on haptic element of IOL. IOL is moved into required position by pulling thread with needle at the end, thread is sewn to sclera, scleral and conjunctival flaps are fixed to sclera, cornea paracentesis is made hermetic.EFFECT: method provides possibility of dosed centering of dislocated IOL with reduction of risk of development of inflammatory complications and intra-operation bleeding.6 dwg, 1 exИзобретение относится к офтальмологии и предназначено для устранения дислокации интраокулярной линзы. Формируют конъюнктивальный и склеральный лоскут на 1/3 толщины склеры. Производят склеральный парацентез в глубоких слоях склеры, а с противоположной стороны - парацентез роговицы. Через склеральный парацентез с помощью цангового пинцета вводят дупликатуру нити с иглой на одном конце и подводят ее под гаптический элемент дислоцированной ИОЛ.
