Disclosed is a cultivation method for living body of cordyceps sinensis, which comprises the steps of: selecting a protozoan of a larva hatched by an egg laid by a hepialus from the elevation of 3000-5000 meters performing cultivation in a greenhouse field on an ordinary plain by controlling the temperature and humidity, paving soil for activity and gnawing of the protozoan to match the greenhouse field, and feeding the protozoan with living mycelium powder for growth by parasitizing in the body of the cordyceps sinensis adapting to the regulated artificially-controlled environment under the circulating effect of air flow interconnection formed by ventilation on the surface of the soil and breathability under the soil and domesticating the protozoan which only grows on a high-elevation position originally to be completely adapted to the environment of the greenhouse field on the ordinary plain and to continuously grow to become an adult through multi-stage fine-adjustment rise of the temperature in the greenhouse field and environment condition control, so as to achieve the aim of growing the living body of the cordyceps sinensis on the ground.一種蟲草活體之培育方法,係取自位在海拔3-5千公尺的蝙蝠蛾所產的卵經孵化成幼蟲之原生蟲,以為在一般平地的溫室場地內藉由溫度、濕度的調控培育,並配合溫室場地中所鋪設供原生蟲活動、啃食的土壤,並餵食活菌絲體粉末、以為寄生於蟲草體內生長,是在土壤表面的通風及土壤底下的透氣得以形成氣流互通的流通效果下,以為適應所調節後的人工調控環境,是經由溫室場地中的溫度以多段式的微調提昇及環境條件控制下,以為原來僅能生長在高海拔條件位置的原生蟲得以馴化為完全適應在一般平地的溫室場地環境中持續生長至成蟲,如此以達到蟲草活體得以為在地生長目的。
