PURPOSE: A digital wireless public hearing auscultation system is provided to improve the clinical learning effect of a resident by enabling the resident and a specialist to simultaneously hear sound. CONSTITUTION: A digital stethoscope(2) transmits and auscultates the stethoscopic sound of a patient by processing a sound signal. A public hearing stethoscope(3-1,3-2,3-n) auscultates the processed signal by receiving the signal from the digital stethoscope. The digital stethoscope includes a stethoscopic sound collecting unit(21), a pre-processing unit(22), an output unit(24), a transmission unit(27), and a reception unit(32).
