An antimicrobial coating material comprising one or more biocides encapsulated with inorganic-organic shells is described. The antimicrobial coating material can be applied on porous materials and porous media to form an antimicrobial coating without changing the physical properties and the functions of porous materials or porous media. The coating provides a durable, multi-level antimicrobial performance at high temperature through contact-killing, release-killing, anti-adhesion and self-cleaning.本發明涉及一種抗微生物塗覆材料，其包含一種或多種包覆在無機-有機殼體內的殺生物劑。該抗微生物塗覆材料能夠應用在多孔材料和多孔媒介上形成抗微生物塗層，而不改變多孔材料和多孔媒介的物理性能和功能。該塗層通過接觸殺滅、釋放殺滅、抗微生物附著和自清潔作用提供在高溫下持久的多級抗微生物性能。
