Said vesicles are preferably added to a cream, a lotion, or a gel, wherein the resulting cream, the resulting lotion, or the resulting gel is used for the cosmetic and/or dermatological treatment of the skin and/or for preventing the manifestation of cellulite and/or aged skin and/or for treating changes in the subcutaneous fat tissue or connective tissue, such as lipomas and other unspecific subcutaneous fat deposits, or for resolving or reducing non-pathological fat pads, such as fat pads in the face and neck region, for example lachrymal sacs.
