The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting angiogenesis containing a plant-derived natural compound which can be effective for preventing or treating disorders or diseases associated with angiogenesis. The compound used as an active ingredient in the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention suppresses VEGF-induced angiogenic responses without cytotoxicity at a low concentration by inhibiting the expression of an angiogenesis inhibitory factor (for example, VEGF), and thus remarkably improves the safety of a drug.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à l'inhibition de l'angiogenèse contenant un composé naturel végétal qui peut être efficace pour la prévention ou le traitement de troubles ou de maladies associés à l'angiogenèse. Le composé utilisé comme principe actif dans la composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention inhibe à une faible concentration des réponses angiogéniques induites par VEGF sans cytotoxicité par l'inhibition de l'expression d'un facteur inhibiteur de l'angiogenèse (par exemple VEGF) et par conséquent améliore remarquablement la sûreté d'un médicament.본 발명은 혈관신생-관련 질병 또는 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 식물-유래된 천연화합물을 포함하는 혈관신생 억제용 약제학적 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물에서 유효성분으로 이용되는 화합물은 혈관신생 억제인자(예컨대, VEGF)의 발현 억제를 통해 낮은 농도에서 세포독성 없이 VEGF-유도된 혈관신생 반응(angiogenic responses)을 억제하므로, 약물의 안전성을 크게 개선한다.
