The present invention relates to an X-ray tomography device with a scanner function added thereto, which is capable of performing both micro-CT photographing for photographing a small object with high resolution and general CT photographing for photographing a part of the body of a patient through one piece of equipment. To this end, the X-ray tomography device comprises: a vertical frame (26)； a patient support arm (30) provided at a lower part of the vertical frame (26)； a horizontal support arm (25) horizontally extended from an upper part of the vertical frame (26)； a rotary arm driving unit (24) provided at an end of the horizontal support arm (25)； a horizontal rotary arm (23) horizontally provided at a lower part of the rotary arm driving unit (24) to rotate by 360 degrees； an X-ray source (20) for general CT photographing, provided at one end of the horizontal rotary arm (23)； and an X-ray detector provided to face the X-ray source (20) for general CT photographing at the other end of the horizontal rotary arm (23). A micro-CT photographing X-ray source (27) is further provided on the vertical frame (26), and a rotary table (28) for mounting and rotating an object to be photographed is further provided on an upper part of the patient support arm (30). The X-ray detector is composed of a common X-ray detector (21) capable of rotating by the X-ray detector driving unit (22).
