PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables, even when a plurality of medical devices are installed in the same space, more medical devices to perform radio communication by preventing occurrence of crosstalk.SOLUTION: In a radio video transmission system 10, a video transmission part 14 of a processor 1 that transmits a medical image to an opposing monitor 2 in a radio manner transmits a wireless video signal. A control transmission/reception part 16 obtains a radio state of another device in the same space. A millimeter wave radar part 17 detects a physical relationship with the other device in the same space using a millimeter wave. A radio output control part 18 analyzes a radio state in the same space with reference to information obtained at each of the control transmission/reception part 16 and the millimeter wave radar part 17 and adjusts radio output of the video transmission part 14 so that there occurs no crosstalk with radio communication by the other device.
