Pharmaceutical formulation containing micell nanoparticles that encapsulate poorly water soluble drug having good long stability and preparation method thereof
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having excellent long-term stability including micellar nanoparticles encapsulating an insoluble drug and a method of preparing the same, wherein the size of the micellar nanoparticles encapsulating the poorly soluble drug according to the present invention is 30-900 nm, the solubility of the pharmaceutical preparation containing the same is improved and the long-term stability is improved, so that the bioavailability of the drug can be improved. In addition, since the pharmaceutical preparation can be manufactured by an easy manufacturing method, it can be usefully applied to a poorly soluble drug that requires stability.본 발명은 본 발명은 난용성 약물이 봉입된 마이셀 나노입자를 포함하는 장기 안정성이 우수한 약학적 제제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써,본 발명에 따른 난용성 약물이 봉입된 마이셀 나노입자의 크기는 30-900 nm로 이를 포함하는 약학적 제제의 용해도를 향상시키고, 장기 안정성이 우수하므로, 약물의 생체이용률을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 상기 약학적 제제는 용이한 제조방법으로 제조할 수 있으므로 안정성이 필요한 난용성 약물에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
