One of a compressor 12 that supplies air in the atmosphere, oxygen concentrating units 20A and 20B that generate concentrated oxygen from the air supplied by the compressor 12, and one of concentrated oxygen that can be supplied to the anesthesia machine 28 from the oxygen concentrating units 20A and 20B. An oxygen concentrator 10 having a flow rate adjusting unit 30B for purging the unit into the atmosphere, wherein the flow rate adjusting unit 30B adjusts the flow rate of the concentrated oxygen to be purged into the atmosphere, and is supplied to the anesthesia machine 28.
