The present invention relates to an oxygen-containing cosmetic liquid, and more particularly, to an oxygen-containing cosmetic liquid obtained by filling a container with a cosmetic liquid, dissolving oxygen in the filled cosmetic liquid to form an oxygen-containing cosmetic liquid. According to the oxygen-containing cosmetic liquid of the present invention, 70 to 80 wt% of the cosmetic liquid is filled in a storage space of a container body having a storage space for containing the cosmetic liquid, and the amount of oxygen absorbed and dissolved in the cosmetic liquid or filled in the oxygen filling space is 20 to 30 wt%, wherein the oxygen purity is 99% or more by using pure oxygen excluding impurities.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 산소가 혼합된 화장액에 관한 것으로 더 상세하게는 용기 내에 화장액을 충진 하고 그 충진된 화장액에 산소를 용해시켜 산소 성분을 함유하는 화장액으로 조성한 산소가 혼합된 화장액에 관한 것이다.본 발명은, 화장액을 넣을 수 있는 저장공간이 있는 용기 본체의 저장공간에 화장액 70~80중량%를 충진 시키고, 상기 화장액에 흡수되어 용해되거나 상기 산소충진공간에 충진되는 산소의 양을 20~30중량%가 되도록 조성하여 이루어지며, 상기 산소 순도는 불순물을 배제한 99% 이상의 순수 산소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
