PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food compositions and the like by which a human and the like with fish allergy symptoms can obtain fish allergic tolerance safely and easily.SOLUTION: By using a method of orally administering, as an active ingredient, a fish meat-enzyme treated product obtained by decomposing fish meat (edible portion) of salmon/trout (particularly, salmon) into meat having a molecular weight of 6,000 or less with neutral protease derived from a fruit, to e.g. a human, at a dose of 15 to 40 mg/kg body weight per day for 3 months or more, fish allergic tolerance can be obtained safely and simply.SELECTED DRAWING: None
