The invention relates to an I-type crystal of a dimaleate of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a preparation method of the I-type crystal. Specifically, the invention relates to the I-type crystal of (R, E)-N-(4-(3-chloro-4-(pyrid-2-yl methoxy)phenylamino)-3-cyano-7-ethoxyquinol-6-yl)-3-(1-methylpyrrolidinyl-2-yl) acrylamide dimaleate (called SHR1258 dimaleate for short), as well as a preparation method and a use of the I-type crystal. The preparation method comprises the step of crystallizing any-form or amorphous SHR1258 dimaleate solid in a single organic solvent or the mixed organic solvent to obtain the SHR1258 dimaleate I-type crystal. The SHR1258 dimaleate I-type crystal prepared according to the preparation method provided by the invention is good in crystal stability and chemical stability, the used crystallizing solvent is low in toxicity and residue, and therefore the SHR1258 dimaleate I-type crystal can be better applied to clinical treatment.Кристалічна форма І дималеату (R,Е)-N-(4-(3-хлоро-4-(піридин-2-іл-метокси)-феніламіно)-3-ціано-7-етоксихінолін-6-іл)-3-(1-метилпіролідин-2-іл)пропенаміду (під назвою SHR1258 дималеат для скорочення), способи її одержання та фармацевтична композиція на її основі.
