The file body is connected to the handle through the connecting portion, the file body is in a tapered structure, and the spiral cutting edges are distributed on the file body. The spiral groove is provided on an outer circumference of the file body in an axial direction, and a spiral direction of the spiral groove is opposite to a direction of the spiral cutting edges distributed on the file body. In the disclosure, all of the cut longitudinally-cut sections form a debris receiving space by providing the spiral groove, so that the debris receiving space increases by 15-30% depending on the depth of the spiral groove as compared to the conventional file body. Moreover, the cutting edges are no longer continuous in the spiral direction, avoiding the problem of continuous insertion of the cutting edges.
