PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug preparation error prevention system by which using of wrong medicines during preparation of drugs, duplicate preparation of drugs and omission of drug preparation can be prevented.SOLUTION: During preparation of the drugs, bar codes attached to containers of medicines or the like are read from a bar code input part 3. A drug preparation confirmation part 4 compares them with prescription information and instructs the output of a warning of nonconformity to prescription against the wrong medicines and a duplicate preparation warning against the duplicate preparation of drugs.
