The computer may utilize the patient identifierto determinewhether a patient is eligible for a pharmaceutical patient assessment. If thepatient is eligible,the pharmacy computer may transmit a notification of the eligibility to apharmacy device.The computer may receive, from the pharmacy device, pharmaceutical patientassessmentinformation indicating the pharmaceutical patient assessment was performed.
