PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cell culture of high quality comprising no impurity components resulting from a producing process, which may provide an obstacle for clinical application and a producing method thereof.SOLUTION: In the present invention, there are provided: a producing method of sheet shape cell culture including (i) a process of inoculating cells on a cultivation substrate coated with serum and (ii) a process of generating the sheet shape cell culture by culturing the cells； the sheet shape cell culture produced with the method； the cultivation substrate coated with serum utilized in the method； a producing method and producing kit of the cultivation substrate； and a method for suppressing production of inflammatory cytokine in the cell culture, which method includes (i) a process of inoculating cells on the cultivation substrate coated with serum and (ii) a process of generating cell culture by cultivating the cells with a serum-free medium.【課題】臨床への適用に障害となり得る製造工程由来不純物成分を含まない良質な細胞培養物、およびその製造方法の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、（ｉ）血清で被覆された培養基材上に細胞を播種する工程、および（ｉｉ）細胞を培養してシート状の細胞培養物を形成する工程を含む、シート状細胞培養物を製造する方法、同方法により製造されたシート状細胞培養物、上記方法に用いる血清がコートされた培養基材、前記培養基材の製造方法および製造キット、ならびに、（ｉ）血清で被覆された培養基材上に細胞を播種する工程、および（ｉｉ）細胞を無血清培地で培養して細胞培養物を形成する工程を含む、細胞培養物の炎症性サイトカイン産生を抑制する方法に関する。【選択図】なし
