PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a syringe with a needle, with which a needle tube and the syringe can be integrally formed by insert molding and the needle tube can be accurately positioned.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a syringe with a needle includes following steps of: supporting a proximal end part of a needle tube 3 by a support member installing the needle tube 3 and the support member to a cavity space of a die for forming the syringe holding the needle tube 3 by a pair of chuck members 23 and injecting a resin into the cavity space of the die and molding the syringe.
