PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, when encapsulating a tooth, it is difficult to mold a shape of a dental matrix for use in a dental composite resin, it often depends on a repair after solidification of a filler, and it is not reliable, and that the dental matrix lacks in swiftness of work and there is no ideal dental matrix so far.SOLUTION: The matrix is used as a frame body for enclosing a lateral peripheral surface of a tooth, when a cavity is filled with a composite resin, with the lateral peripheral surface of the tooth with the cavity enclosed. The matrix includes a thick wall portion formed at least one end of the longitudinal direction thereof, where the thick wall portion has a triangular cross section, a corner portion at one end in the longitudinal direction is the widest, and the width thereof gradually narrowed therefrom toward the longitudinally inward into a wedge-like shape.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 コンポジットレジン修復法において使用される歯科用マトリックスは、歯を被包する際の形状成形が難しく充填材固化後の修復に頼ることが多く確実なものではなかった。また、作業の迅速性にも欠けており、理想的なものが存在していなかった。【解決手段】 窩洞を有する歯の側周面を取り囲み、該窩洞にコンポジットレジンを充填する際に、該歯の側周面を取り囲む枠体であるマトリックスであって、その長手方向の少なくとも一端に肉太部分が形成されており、該肉太部分は断面三角形であって、該長手方向の一端のコーナー部分が最も幅が広く、そこから長手方向内側に向かって次第に幅が狭くなるくさび状となるもの。【選択図】 図1
