The present invention relates to a medicinal composition effective in preventing and treating atopic dermatitis, and more specifically, to a composition effective in preventing and treating atopic dermatitis, which is extracted from a mixture containing Duchesnea indica (Andr.) Focke, Lithospermum erythrorhizon S. et Z., Sophora flavescens, and the like； and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The present invention provides a natural composition effective in preventing and treating atopic dermatitis, which is extracted from a mixture containing Duchesnea indica (Andr.) Focke, Lithospermum erythrorhizon S. et Z., Sophora flavescens, green tea, rosin, and unripe fruits of Poncirus trifoliata Rafinesque. In addition, the present invention provides a natural composition effective in preventing and treating atopic dermatitis, which is extracted from a mixture containing, with respect to 100 parts by weight of Duchesnea indica (Andr.) Focke, 50-100 parts by weight of Lithospermum erythrorhizon S. et Z.； 30-70 parts by weight of Sophora flavescens； 30-70 parts by weight of green tea； 30-70 parts by weight of rosin； and 20-50 parts by weight of unripe fruits of Poncirus trifoliata Rafinesque.
