PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for image data processing.SOLUTION: A medical image processor 100 includes a storage part, and image data processing part and an association part. The storage part stores pieces of image data of a plurality of time phases concerning a subject acquired from a medical image diagnostic apparatus 110. The image data processing part obtains an index value which compares a pixel value of image data of a reference time phase among the pieces of image data of the plurality of time phases with a pixel value of each piece of the image data of the plurality of time phase.
