The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition as a substitute for antiseptic cosmetics comprising caprylyl glycol, glyceryl caprylate, and propolis with improved antiseptic activity for cosmetics. The cosmetic composition of the present invention, instead of the existing chemical preservatives, has properties of antiseptic activity and with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition comprises 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of caprylyl glycol, 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of glyceryl caprylate, and 0.01 to 2.0 wt% of propolis.본 발명은 화장료용 방부제 대체물로서 카프릴릴 글라이콜, 글리세릴 카프릴레이트 및 프로폴리스를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 기존의 화학 방부제 대신에 화장료 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 방부 활성을 갖는 카프릴릴 글라이콜 0.1~1.0 중량%；, 글리세릴 카프릴레이트 0.1~1.0 중량%； 및 프로폴리스 0.01~2.0 중량%； 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
