The present invention relates to the use of gonadotrophins in the induction of folliculogenesis in anovulatory women. In particular, it relates to the use of LH (or an equivalent dosage of hCG) in the production of a medicament for inducing folliculogenesis in anovulatory women at a specified daily doses.
