PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a photographing element is positionally shifted when photographing is performed in a state that the photographing element is pressed by a finger or the sanitary problem wherein the finger is inserted in the oral cavity, the problem from an aspect of the degree of freedom of the angle of the photographing element caused when the photographing element is fixed to a holding part at a definite angle and the point at issue wherein many kinds of holders are required in order to photograph all of the regions in the oral cavity.SOLUTION: This T-shaped element holder 1 for dental X-ray photographing is formed of a support lever 2 having tab parts 3 held by respective left and right hands at both its ends and the insertion lever 4 extending in a vertical direction from the central part of the support lever 2 to be inserted in the oral cavity and having a photographing element receiving part 6 provided to its leading end. When the photographing element 5 is manually provided in the photographing element receiving part 6 of the dental X-ray photographing element holder 1 to be inserted in the oral cavity, the photographing element 5 is supported and stably held at least at three points, that is, its point adjacent to or coming into contact with the photographing region in the oral cavity and two points where both tabs 3 are held by respective left and right hands to perform photographing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】撮影素子を指で押さえて撮影することにより撮影素子の位置がずれたり口腔内に指を入れるという衛生上の問題と、用器法では撮影素子が保持部に一定角度で固定されることによる撮影素子の角度の自由度の問題、また口腔内の全てを撮影するために多種類の保持具が必要となるなどの問題点を解消することを目的とする。【解決手段】両端を左右の手それぞれにて保持するタブ部3を有する支持桿2と、該支持桿2の中央から垂直方向に伸びその先端に撮影素子受部6を設けた口腔内への挿入桿4とでT字型の歯科用X線撮影素子保持具1を形成し、該歯科用X線撮影素子保持具1の撮影素子受部6に撮影素子5を手設して口腔内に挿入した際に、撮影素子5が口腔内の撮影部位に隣接・接触した点と、前記両タブ3を左右の手それぞれにて保持した二点とにより撮影素子5を少なくとも三点支持にて安定保持して撮影することを可能に構成する。【選択図】図3
