The present invention relates to a compound having a triazine-piperazine skeleton as an alpha-helix analogue. The compound effectively mimics the alpha-helical structure, which is a protein secondary structure, and can act as an inhibitor of various disease-specific protein interactions mediated by alpha-helix.
