PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic suppressing flavor change and especially being excellent in aroma stability at high temperature, considering the problem in which there are some cases where flavor is changed by degeneration of perfume caused by powder surface activity if the amount of an extender pigment blended as a powder component in a powder cosmetic is large.SOLUTION: Provided is a powder cosmetic. By blending a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, the powder cosmetic hardly causes perfume degeneration or flavor change and especially is excellent in aroma stability at high temperature even in a system where a large amount of an extender pigment is blended.
