The present invention relates to a customized surgical guide device, and a method and a program for generating the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for generating a customized surgical guide comprises: a step (S100) of acquiring, by a computer, body surface data and treatment area data from medical image data； a first shape data generating step (S300) of generating first shape data on the basis of the body surface data, wherein the first shape data is data corresponding to the shape of a body part cover； a target point setting step (S500) of setting one or more target points, wherein the target points are points corresponding to the inside or the surface of a target treatment area； a step (S700) of setting a first point on each body surface accessed by a medical tool as the target point； a step (S900) of setting the length of a guide tube on the basis of a distance from the first point to the target point； and a step (S1100) of applying the length of the guide tube to the first point to generate final shape data in which one or more guide tubes are coupled to the first shape data.본 발명은 맞춤형 수술가이드 장치와 맞춤형 수술가이드 생성방법 및 프로그램에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 다른 일실시예에 따른 맞춤형 수술가이드 생성방법은, 컴퓨터가 의료영상데이터로부터 신체표면데이터 및 치료영역데이터를 획득하는 단계(S100)； 상기 신체표면데이터를 기반으로 상기 제1형상데이터를 생성하되, 상기 제1형상데이터는 신체부위커버의 형상에 상응하는 데이터인, 제1형상데이터생성단계(S300)； 하나 이상의 타겟지점을 설정하되, 상기 타겟지점은 치료대상영역의 내부 또는 표면에 해당되는 지점인, 타겟지점설정단계(S500)； 상기 타겟지점으로 상기 의료용도구가 접근 가능한 신체표면 상의 각각의 제1지점을 설정하는 단계(S700)； 상기 제1지점으로부터 상기 타겟지점까지의 거리를 기반으로 가이드관 길이를 설정하는 단계(S900)； 및 상기 제1지점에 상기 가이드관 길이를 적용하여, 상기 제1형상데이터에 하나 이상의 가이드관을 결합한 최종형상데이터를 생성하는 단계(S1100)；를 포함한다.
