PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone fixing forceps allowing winding a filament around a portion held in order to temporarily fix a broken bone.SOLUTION: A bone fixing forceps 1 is constituted of first and second members 2 and 3 having shank parts 4 and 6 each in a parallel state, and slidably engaged, and first and second holding members 5 and 7 projecting in a nearly right angle direction on one end each of the shank parts. Both shank parts are relatively displaced by the rotation operation of a screw member 12. The first holding member 5 is provided with a groove 21 for passing a filament to be wound around a bone in a direction from a base end side to a free end. The bone fixing forceps 1 is used in a state of holding a portion most effective to fix a fracture part so as to easily and reliably perform osteosynthesis to wind the filament around the portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
