FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to psychology, more specifically to concentrating individuals resources on achieving objects in view, giving him/her self-reliance. Personality characteristics, subjective psychophysiological responses, feelings and emotional experience are assessed, and a suggestion formula is spoken through. A first session involves three interviewing stages. The first interviewing stage provides assessing the personality characteristics, psychophysiological responses, feelings and emotional experience, controlling facial gestures, movement and speech features, thereby typing a personality temperament. On the basis of the primary information analysis, the individual in interviewed to type his/her personality behaviour. The individual being interviewed represents an object, which needs mobilising the individuals efforts to be achieved. At the second interviewing stage, a personality test is conducted herewith the individual being tested selects an image of a symbol, which the individual being tested finds associated with him-/herself, from a set of images of various symbols. The second interviewing stage takes place in a shaded room a psychologist touches a clients hand, mixes and displays the set of images about the image selected by the client, and provides an influence by speaking through the suggestion formula aiming at implementing the object in view represented taking into account the individuals personality, temperament and behaviour. That is followed by performing the third interviewing stage, which involves evaluating the depth of the influence, which is used to detect a time interval to the second session, however no more than a half of year. The second session involves repeated the three interviewing stages, correcting thereby he suggestion formula depending on the changes observed.EFFECT: method enables providing the more effective psychological influence ensured by performing the sessions aiming at giving the individual self-
