An adhesive pad for use with a hemostasis device comprising a footplate having a top surface and a receiving device positioned on the footplate, the adhesive pad comprising: (1) a flexible backing layer having a bottom surface, a central portion having an opening, a first side portion, and a second side portion (2) an adhesive layer applied to the bottom surface of the backing layer and (3) a release layer removably secured to the adhesive layer. The opening in the central portion of the backing layer is sized to fit the receiving device of the hemostasis device, and the adhesive layer applied to the bottom surface of the first and second side portions of the backing layer is configured to adhere to and extend beyond the top surface of the footplate.Linvention concerne un tampon adhésif destiné à être utilisé avec un dispositif dhémostase composé dune plaque dappui ayant une surface supérieure et dun dispositif de réception positionné sur la plaque dappui, le tampon adhésif comprenant : (1) une couche de support flexible ayant une surface inférieure, une partie centrale munie dune ouverture, une première partie latérale et une seconde partie latérale (2) une couche adhésive appliquée sur la surface inférieure de la couche de support et (3) une couche pelable fixée de manière amovible à la couche adhésive.
