The present invention relates to a clip applier for surgical operation, capable of automatically discharging clips, and specifically, to a new type clip applier for surgical operation, capable of automatically discharging clips, which allows an operator to easily perform an operation of installing a fixing clip surrounding a fracture when treating a bone fracture, reduces operation time by a continuous discharge, minimizes damage to muscles and nerve tissues around the bone to prevent side effects of a surgical site, and thus a rapid recovery of fractured patients can be expected.본 발명은 외과 수술용 자동 배출식 클립 어플라이어에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 뼈 골절시 골절부위를 감싸는 고정클립의 설치를 간편하게 시술할 수 있으며 연속적인 배출이 가능하여 수술시간을 단축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 뼈 주변의 근육 및 신경조직의 손상을 최소화함으로써 수술부위의 부작용을 방지하여 골절환자의 빠른 회복을 기대할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 외과 수술용 자동 배출식 클립 어플라이어에 관한 것이다.
