The invention relates to a health-promoting fruit energy drink and the process for manufacture thereof. The health-promoting fruit energy drink comprises naturally cloudy fruit juice, preferably apple, obtained from whole fruit or their edible parts as a source of easily digestible carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamins, organic acids and other health-promoting components naturally occurring in these fruit and in proportions adequate for them, with an addition of caffeine, preferably theine, amounting to 100-800 mg per liter of the drink. The juice is pasteurised for 25-35 seconds in a temperature of 72-89°C, cooled down to 4-10°C and saturated with carbon dioxide amounting to 1-8 grams of gas per liter of the drink.
