The present invention includes: a main body frame which is transferred by being installed in a running means which runs soil on which crops grow and has a drive shaft which is rotated by the operation of a drive unit； a rotary unit which is installed in the drive shaft and plows up soil； a plow unit which is installed in the main body frame, arranged in the rear side of the rotary unit, and forms a furrow in soil； and a supply unit which sprays liquid fertilizer into the soil furrow which is formed by the plow unit.본 발명은, 농작물이 자라는 토양을 주행하는 주행수단에 설치되어 이송되고, 구동부의 작동에 의해 회전되는 구동축을 구비하는 본체프레임； 상기 구동축에 설치되고 토양을 갈아엎는 로터리부； 상기 로터리부의 후방에 배치되도록 상기 본체프레임에 설치되고 토양에 골을 성형하는 쟁기부； 및 상기 쟁기부에 의해 형성되는 토양의 골에 액상 비료를 분사하는 공급부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
