PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sterilization of a preform with a small amount of a sterilant.SOLUTION: Gas (G) of a sterilant and heating air (H) are sprayed into a chamber (5) where a horizontal transport path of an endless conveyor (4) penetrates, for performing sterilization of the inside of the chamber. While maintaining spraying of the gas of the sterilant and the heating air, plural preforms (1) are taken in the transport path of the endless conveyor and they are made in a random lying state. The preforms pass in the chamber by the endless conveyor, and the gas of the sterilant is brought into contact to inside and outside surfaces of the preforms on the transport path of the endless conveyor, and the sterilant which is coagulated on the inside and outside surfaces of the preforms is activated by heat of the heating air, therefore sterilization of the preforms can be achieved with a small amount of sterilant.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】プリフォームを少量の殺菌剤で殺菌する。【解決手段】無端コンベア（４）の水平な搬送路が貫通するチャンバ（５）内に殺菌剤のガス（Ｇ）及び加温エア（Ｈ）を吹き込んでチャンバ内を殺菌し、殺菌剤のガス及び加温エアの吹き込みを維持しつつ、多数のプリフォーム（１）を無端コンベアの搬送路上に投入して不揃いな横臥状態にし、これらプリフォームを、無端コンベアによってチャンバ内を通過させ、殺菌剤のガスを無端コンベアの搬送路上におけるプリフォームの内外面に接触させると共にプリフォームの内外面で凝結した殺菌剤を加温エアの熱で活性化させ、これによりプリフォームを少量の殺菌剤で殺菌することが可能になる。【選択図】図５
