PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus and a myocardial perfusion information generating system which can acquire myocardial perfusion information useful for diagnosis in a shorter period of time while reducing the amount of injection of a contrast medium to an object and dosage due to X-ray.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus has an image generating means and a blood flow information acquiring means. The image generating means acquires projection data at rest (Rest) and at non-rest (Stress) from a myocardial part at the rest (Rest) and at the non-rest (Stress) of an object into which the contrast medium is injected continuously in a state in which the concentration Cmyo(x, y, t1) and Cmyo(x, y, t2) of the contrast medium can be considered to be constant, respectively and reconstructs contrast CT image data at the rest (Rest) and at the non-rest (Stress) from the acquired projection data at the rest (Rest) and at the non-rest (Stress), respectively.
